Remote Training
Yellow Dog Software provides free training to our users that are on a current support plan.
Training sessions are offered Monday through Friday between 11:00-11:30am EST and 4:00-4:30pm EST in 30 minutes blocks, excluding holidays.
Client may schedule 2 hours per month.
Your trainer will need to remotely access your computer for the training. We will use Microsoft Teams for the session. An invite link will be sent to the email address provided when signing up. Please forward that link to any other team members who wish to join the training call.
Your computer will need to have the Yellow Dog Inventory client installed or accessible.
When registering for your remote training sessions, please provide as much detail as possible on the topics you desire training on to allow our team to best prepare.
Live Support Hours
Our dedicated support team provides our clients with live assistance Monday-Friday 9 AM to 8 PM EST as well as 24/7/365 emergency support.
Help Desk & Emergency Support
Yellow Dog Software will have help desk support staff available during the hours of 9:00am through 8:00pm EST Monday to Friday. For details on on our help desk support, please visit our SLA.
Yellow Dog Software will provide emergency support from 8:00pm to 9:00am EST Monday to Friday, and all day on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. For details on what’s covered by emergency support, please visit our SLA.
