We Just Added Stand Sheets. Why Does That Matter to You?

Next month, we will go live with a new stadium. Slated to be host to the Super Bowl, FIFA World Cup and Summer Olympics, this is an exceptional venue in every sense.

Yellow Dog will handle retail and F&B inventory for all 280 outlets – in the neighborhood of 1,000 POS terminals. A key 2020 addition to our inventory system allowed us to be the hand-in-glove answer for the venue: stand sheets.

Let’s say you buy a Bud Light every time you attend a game at the stadium. At a football game it sells for $11, but at a concert, that same beer goes for $12. Our event-based pricing and PARs feature automates and tracks that beautifully.

When concession stands 1-20 are fed by the West Warehouse, stands 20-30 by the North Warehouse, and 30-100 by the East Warehouse, Yellow Dog tracks warehouse-to-stand relationships. We have auto-restock ability from those warehouses with Picklists.

To keep control out at the stands, we have the Stand Dog iOS/Android app for count in, count out and stand to stand transfers.

All concession stands may be open for the Super Bowl, sure, but a smaller concert might close off the back 1/3rd of the concourse. View only open locations in your POS for each event.

Some choose not to (or can’t) serve adult beverages at a certain time. We built in the ability to turn off alcohol items as needed.

Our attributes function allows management to create the fields they need, like “allergens”, “kiosk descriptions”, “calories”, etc. to fee all of your channels whether it be POS, digital menu boards, kiosks, or mobile apps.

At the close of the event, Yellow Dog handles the complete stand reconciliation process.

So there you go. Yellow Dog is the perfect solution for concession environments: arenas, concert venues, stadiums and parks.
