Concession Inventory & Stand Sheets Features

Yellow Dog Inventory can help you manage your concessions and stand sheet environments. Combined with a 2-Way POS Integration, our Stand Sheet System can control pricing and PARs by event type, giving you automated control on restocks and event based pricing.

This system will help your warehouse place orders to fulfill the PARs prior to each event, allow you to quickly generate auto-restocks for each stand with picklists, provide a mobile app for count ins/outs, and a detailed stand reconciliation process.

Your inventory will be a single instance across all your operations - concessions and culinary/restaurant. This allows single ingredients and single recipes across all your outlets. Stands Sheets adds functionality to our core f&b inventory system - make sure you look at all the workflows we support in the core product as well.

 

Stand Management

  • Determine chargeable, non-chargeable, and supply items

  • Makes items active or inactive by event type

  • Stand PAR and price management by event type

  • Max quantity per item per stand to prevent over stocks

Draft Beer Management

  • Yellow Dog Inventory can have certain items be “Auto-Transferred” from a specified warehouse

  • Any of the draft beer reduced across certain stands can be automatically transferred from the designated beer room

  • Supports multiple stands per beer room so Stands 1-10 can auto-transfer from Beer Room 01 and Stands 11-20 can auto-transfer from Beer Room 02, etc.

 

Mobile App: Stand Dog

  • Go to Stand Dog

  • Count in of chargeable items

  • Stand to stand transfers

  • Warehouse returns for hawkers/vending

  • Warehouse restock requests with automatic email notification

  • Count out for chargeable items

  • Ending counts for non-chargeable and supply items to allow for automatic restock to PAR

  • Waste and comp entry for POS recipe items (to deduct all ingredients for made, but not sold items

  • Thumbnail and full images for correct entry

  • Event details and notes, stand operator can enter notes for reconciliation comments

 

Stand Sheet Reconciliation

  • Review all operator entry for count ins, stand to stand transfers, chargeable item waste/comp, count outs, POS recipe waste/comp, and ending counts for non-chargeable and supply items

  • Review POS tender totals vs cashier declared

  • Review all stand to stand transfers, add any that are missing

  • Change log tracks supervisor changes to operator entries

  • Commit adjusts inventory for 100% updated item on-hands

  • Average pricing is automatically calculated for chargeable items that are used across multiple POS Items (10 Hot Dog/11 Chili Dog = 10.50 Boat)

 

Reporting

  • Over 300 Reports

  • Power reports allow selection and grouping of sales data (items, stores, store groups, store types, events, departments, etc.)

  • Reports can be customized and saved

  • User-defined email distribution and schedule

  • Optional BI data feed of sales, inventory, and event statistics

 

POS Requirements

The following are POS requirements for use in conjunction with Stands Sheets:

  • Sales On-Demand or minimum every 15 minutes

  • Ability to Push Menu Items to POS, Add/Edit, Update Prices (minimum every 60 minutes)

    • Required for Event Type Pricing

The Stand Dog app supports iOS and Android operating systems OR can run in a tablet/computer browser. The ability to operate on your POS device needs to be verified by Yellow Dog Software.

Optional Requirements

Yellow Dog Inventory can add/update item attributes to supported POS systems. Please see the specifications page for each POS to determine if item attributes are supported.
